Any speculations / rumors / predictions of when (or if) PCGS will unveil a new holder?

Both ANACS and NGC have successfully released new versions this year where, among other things, you can see a full view of the coin. I am thinking that PCGS will do something similar to remain competitive.

My current dilemma is that I have stacks of PCGS coins that I would like to submit for a re-grade. I would submit them NOW, but of course if I knew a new holder is just around the horizon then I would wait a bit....

Any thoughts / suggestions ?

Side Comments:
I know many collect OGH - esp the "rattlers" - so understand that many may be indifferent with regards to a new PCGS holder.

I do like the PCGS LABEL better than all other TPG's - it has a simple and professional look that appeals to me. When it comes to HOLDERS , however, I like the new ANACS ones.

My personal preference would be to re-holder a coin from a OGH to a new holder, especially if I knew there was a good chance of an upgrade as many coins graded in 80's were graded with stricter standards.
Not sure everyone feels the same about this ...

Yeah, they should come out with one that's shatter-proof and impossible to open without damaging the coin.

If you mean will PCGS come out with an edge view type holder, they did months ago. Unlike NGC or ANACS though they don't seem to be in any hurry to expand its usage out to all submitted coins.

the type of holders don't really matter much to me. I just don't like the original rattler holder.

I don't like the rattlers myself either just because they are so small and don't stack very well like the newer generations do, not to mention I hate having to knock on the holder to get my coin to turn the correct way in the holder because it always spins in the rattler holders
