Duckhawk,

The coin may grade much higher and even earn the coveted "cameo or deep cameo" designation, but I can't tell from your pictures. Any flaw with the photography loses points in grading modern proofs. If the marks in the fields and haze in the fields are not seen on the coin in-hand you could be looking at a PF67/68 Cameo. Modern proofs require exacting photography to assess grade. I see sensational contrast between the devices and the fields ... check out that eagle on the reverse! Let us know if the photos are truly representative of this coin.

Proof coins are so hard to light properly. The haze and hair lines in the field are obvious in hand as well. There does seem to be some contrast between the devices and the field, although not to the extent of modern proofs. When I compared this coin to a 1959 Franklin Proof I have, the difference in contrasts is obvious. The eagle does pop on this coin, although the bell not as much. I think it may just make cameo, but the grade really suffers from the fields.
