(Not for nothing, but as I write, gold is 30 cents away from $700 and ounce!!!! - I predicted Wednesday - we'll see)

My question is concerning certain controversies at the ANA. As I indicated when I first showed up on these message boards, I have only been focusing my collecting for a couple of years, so I'm constantly finding myself "out of the loop" on various things, such as terms that are not defined in any glossary ("full mint bloom" for example). One such thing is the antics and intrigue at the ANA. I take Coin World. Several weeks ago, this Walter guy wrote a guest commentary, raving and ranting about his apparant dismissal from the board of (governors? directors?) for secret reasons. I started to read with interest since I am a member and I'd heard vague things about some scandal. [:0] Unfortunately, in the entire article, Walter was hysterically claiming injury and bad faith, but he didn't tell what happened to injure him so. Since then, an arbitrator wrote a Guest Column, and somebody else from the ANA I think. Subsequently, there have been several letters printed in Coin World saying things like, every cloud has a silver lining, etc. BUT NO ONE IS TELLING ME WHAT THIS CLOUD IS. Or why I should be supporting one side or another. And by the way, does coin collecting somehow disable basic writing skills? Walter's rant was almost indecipherable. Can someone tell me the story? Thanks
