Looks very odd, mint mark too low and misaligned.

The Mint mark does appear to be normal to me. The entire coin is really a bit to worn to tell the authenticity though. I'm always amazed at the ability of an individual that can take a Mint mark of one coin and somehow glue it on another coin. Wasting a real talent that could be used elsewhere.
