now this one may have a shot at 65 or maybe even higher (I am just not comfortable grading higher than 65 by pictures)

Is that wear of the right wing tip? If that is wear I would drop the grade to AU-58. If not than I would grade this coin MS-63.
Rest in Peace

Thanks guys, Nope there is no wear on any part of the wing. Must be my bad photography. I compared it with the grading book and I think it is either MS62 or 63 because of some contact marks on the cheek and neck.

This coin would need to be seen in-hand to evaluate the cheek; it's really tough to photographically differentiate between actual scratches and contact "rub" which removes the frost without getting much into the surface of the coin. The first lowers the grade; the second, not so much. This one could go anywhere from 62 to 65.
