I'm sorry, but the coin looks polished to me, with EF details.

I have no clue if it's been polished so you could be right. Why do you say that, because it's too shiny to be original or are there marks that the polishing left? I got this for around $10 so I'm not shocked, but he has it as AU on the flip. I wasn't sure about that which is why I'm asking impartial people where it would be graded.

The very high all around shine. It should have toning and not be so shinny.

Eh, it shouldn't matter too much for $10. Not a great deal but no more than $2-3 too high.

I agree it looks overly shiny for the grade. I would give it an XF-40 details

Hard to tell from these pictures, but I don't see any mint luster? It is easy to see in Walkers on the obverse. There is some wear on the robe and breast. If it was an S mint mark it could be a weak strike, but the Denver ones are usually well struck. I'm going to say AU and dipped.
