I thought that this coin looked similar to the one on coppercoins.com (link below)

The "Pl" in "Plurbis" seems stretched at the bottom, And the dots also seem doubled.

Looks similar to the one listed. Hard to tell for sure from the images. The die crack on the head is about the same except yours is not a long. It would probably take Bob on coppercoins to know for sure a hands on approach. But definitely a DDR. Too bad there wasn't a mint mark on it, then ID would have been made easier. The coin is a little rough compared to the example on coppercoins, so that would lower the value some.
