A friend has a 1972 D Eisenhower dollar that has developed prominent copper streaks on both surfaces. Is it possible to get rid of them? He kept it in a tin box along with a few other coins but this is the worst. I've now supplied him with some non-PVC seal bags to keep them in to prevent further corrosion.
