What to do now? I picked these up yesterday locally. All the heads are 2009 P mint which is normal for Virginia. All the Tails are LP3 with the exception of one. Hmmmmmmmm.. Open one roll or all rolls. Can you imagine receiving one of these in the mail only to open it and find 48 browns. YIPES!

Open, open, open!

I do not like seeing coins trapped in rolls! Says the guy with three shotgun rolls from the 60's sitting on his desk. Should I open those or not!

The rolls, like small cardboard holders, damage coins. I recommend
taking them out and putting them in plastic coin bottles.

Well, I hope they sneak a doubled die 1972 in my rolls!
Weird.
How are you finding the others? Nicky and Baggy Uncs?
Or are they all GEM BU MS70's?

I found 4 keepers, maybe ms64/65 but still spotted only minimally. The rest were nicked and scratched a bit. How far do these coins fall to reach the bin? 40 feet maybe!! nlp

IMO, the quality of coins has fallen since the Mint switched to the ballistic pallets instead of the old $50 mint bags. When 400,000 Lincolns rattle around together, it is not a good thing for collectors
