Detail wise MS-63, there is a lot of chatter on the face and neck of Ms Liberty and some dark staining in the area of the date. Slight rim damage and dark staining on the reverse. I think the grade would drop to MS-61. Sorry for being so harsh.

I'd go MS63.

Question to all: Would acetone help some of the staining? (I've never used it...)

I would try an acetone dip, it would lighten the stain but I don't think it would remove it completely.

The staining is distracting. Other than that, this is a terrific coin. There is something about the surface quality/luster of this coin that makes it appear better than average.

Mint State 61 with details. The rim nick might not allow it to holder with a third party grading company.
