Not able to make out much detail on the reverse, but I give it a shot. I'd grade this coin at EF-45.

With the wing tips undisturbed, I'd grade it at least AU. I think the circulated appearance is coming from pics taken in weird lighting.

AU55 minimum, probably higher with better pictures (or in hand).

I like the details. The coloring is a bit off...

I'd almost go MS 62 but the front lighting on the cheek is hiding something......I think the rev is better than the picture shows......better pics please!!

Thanks echizento. It might be a circulated coin. I will ask my uncle since he gave them to me. Tomorrow I will get some better pictures.
