Why would the end of the territories give you closure?

It's not like they were part of the Statehood Quarter program.

I feel the Statehood Quarters and the Territories go hand in hand. Now that this is finished, I don't feel I need to continue any further.

This is just my opinion, but I do not count the Territory Quarters as part of the Statehood Quarter set. They were authorized from different legislation. The one year run is no different than the one year run the Lincoln Cents have this year.

I also feel that the Washington quarter series ended in 1998 and the "Classic" Jefferson nickel series ended in 2003. Again, just how I see it.

(but I still say the Sac's or Native Dollars should be a "continuum") ...

I am not sure where I stand on the Sacagawea series just yet.
