i went to my bank today and asked for halves of course they did not have any all the banks I have gone to don't carry any. anyways I got some dollar rolls and some came in the brown wrapper and some andrew jackson's came in a white n.f. string & sons wrapper.

my question is are all the coins in the string and sons wrapper uncirculated and all the coins in the other one's are just a mixture correct?

From my personal experience, the brown wrappers(crimped on one end, folded on the other) are roll put together by the bank and the String wrappers(crimped on both ends) come from armored car services. I have seen fresh coins and circulated coins in the String wrappers.

The NF Wrappers can and sometimes do contain circulated coins.

If the white wrapper has a black stamp that says "Andrew Jackson" then they are uncirculated solid roll of Jacksons.

If the white wrapper has no such stamp, it could be a mix. I've had string wrapped coins with Washington, Adams and Jefferson in the same roll.
