DCAM Franklin Half - Are These Good Photos?

noo_mis_muh_tist New Member United States 37 Posts	Posted 10/12/2009 3:34 pm I could not sell this DCAM Proof 67 for $125 on ebay last week. I had two watchers but no bids when the auction ended on Friday evening. Are these decent photos? Should I have it slabbed to guarantee the grade? Report this Post to the Staff

Proofs are such a pain to judge from photos alone. Big difference in value between a CAM and DCAM, about $75-100, that is probably what killed the auction for you. I would recommend having it slabbed to extract maximum value out of that coin. Also, how is your feedback and return policy? Report this Post to the Staff

I don't know about others but I always look at certified coins first on ebay as pics tend to lie, lol. Report this Post to the Staff

I put it back at a lower price but I have 10 more in that grade and I'm going to send them to NGC. I should probably take that one off ebay and slab it, but I'll wait and see what happens.
