Jim,
the dark spot in the tail on the foto, as well as the coloring in the wapon on the other side makes it not UNC, depending what causes the coloring and the dark spot, it will end up into VF/XF, but I have to see the coin in the hand to tell you exactly what grade it would be.

Remember that we have here on the continent differend type's of grading than you have in the states, I will look if I can find you a goob that shows it exactly, I have one, but need that myself, but I can check what I have upstairs in the athic for double books

The answer from my friend who undergraded all coins he ever submitted to TPG's
This confirms what was my opinion since I am only his humble student

Definitely -- MS63 probably but difficult to tell when silver frosts over that thick.
Makes them look nicer (to me at least) and you can always tell if there are any
major disruptions (I see no trace of any major problems whatsoever) so it's only
the pre-toned fingering that doesn't show and often even in hand you can't tell
unless you degrime them. I only had one bad experience with a coin that looked
like that -- it was brushed and had such a thick white frost layer on it that even
in hand I was unable to tell until I degrimed it (which I shouldn't have done any-
way). If I'd checked it with a loupe I probably would have been able to see it
but since I didn't check that way I'll never know. Anyway, this is one I'd prob-
ably be willing to bank on at least MS63 if I were looking for one like it. Could
be 64 even but these flat designs frankly tend to get a pretty wide range (MS62
to MS64 for example) depending on the grader.
