Ln6: How Many Of You Already Have The Coins?

The 2009 Clad Proof Set has easily set a new record for 'percentage of
Proof Sets broken up in their debut year'. When I gave these Sets as
gifts, I advised the recipients to keep them intact, for that reason.
The Mint's 'belated' release of the LN2 Set means that those
2009 Clad Proof Sets were broken up for 'nothing'...

At the big coin show last week, I was floored at how many loose
2009 Proof Cent lenses I saw. Literally over a thousand of them were
for sale, and that's at a single coin show in Denver. And each one was from a broken Proof Set!

The 'silver lining' is that few Silver Proof Sets were broken up
for the Cents, due to the higher price, later release date and the
announcement of the LN2 Set's eventual release, relatively soon after
the release of the 2009 Silver Proof Set.

My family recently broke up one of my 2009 Uncirculated Mint Sets
and took all of the sub-$1 coins for themselves. (fortunately, this
Set was not one of my two set-aside 'high-grade' Sets of those!)
Since the Satin Finish Native American dollars are unique to that Set,
I 2×2'ed those for myself, and that leaves me the Satin Finish Presidentials,
which are 'orphans' because they're also in the 2009 Presidential $1 Coin Uncirculated Set.

I was reimbursed $20 for the broken Set, which is more than fair,
because I was left with ten Satin Finish Dollars (which is $10 in
face value alone!) I'm undecided as to whether I should sell the
eight Presidentials on here, or use them in the car wash...
