Mexico 50 C 1980, Colombia 1 C 1966, Italy 500 Liras 1991

Here is 3 foreign coins I found possibly have error:

Mexico 50 centavos 1980-looks like double date;
Colombia 1 centavo 1966-overdate? die crack?
And Italy 500 lira 1991-looks like off center, but it's a bi-metal coin, so I don't even know, how to call it.
Need your advice.

Of the three, I'm most familiar with the Colombian coins. Many have wildly repunched dates, and I think yours shows another 6.
I'll have to think about your Mexico and Italy coins. Here are a few repunched dates from Colombia.
