I'm rather convinced this is an European coin during WWII period but have no exact way of knowing its grade or collector value. If anyone knows I'd like to find out. Thank you!

Sadly, this one isn't a real coin. "Spielgeld" is German for "play money". The "reverse" is designed to resemble either a West German 1 deutschmark coin or East German 1 mark coin (but not too closely).

This play money looks about as real as the junk circulating in America today.
