Well, you got to admit that when you see it you will "think" Wyoming for sure. And its not a state outline, thank God!

It's going to be a booger to find a MS70 with all that clear field around the design. But when you do, you will have a keeper for sure.

It just dawned on me why they are keeping the design so plain! If they didn't we all could recognize Old Dan on that bucking bronco!!!

I was hoping Wyoming would put their polar bear on it. Now I'll have to hope that Colorado does it.

What is all this talk about Polar Bears and Penguines? Either you were passing through here during the blizzard of 1949 or else had your head stuck in the pop-cooler during your stay.
Either way, I'm glad you paid us a visit and then returned home. Come back and see us again some day, and I'll throw a steak on the fire and tie up the dog. We can sit and look at our coin collections togather.

Sorry Longnine...we from Colorado voted for the "Colorful Colorado" theme, no bucking broncos for this cow-town! I bet OldDan knows what a hoo-doo is and why it's so windy in Wyoming! Something about Nebraska -right OldDan?

Hi Dan

There is a little place out in the middle of nowhere wyoming called Little America,, their sign was about a 45 foot tall penguine,,

Im originally from Nebraska, and we made trips every summer to visit,, Little America was a highlight, they sold fireworks year round back then , and we would buy all of our 4th of July fireworks there !!

so to me the symbol of wyoming is a penguine, some of the best memories of my youth !!

early 60's

Rick
