Wish the pictures were clearer so this is going to be somewhat of a guess. I see wear throughtout the hair and on the wheat, leaves on puffs. The obverse looks cleaned. The reverse isn't too clear, but I see what looks like wear on the upper breast and upper wings. I would like to see clearer pictures, but from what I can tell I would grade this at EF-45.

We're not able to determine the grade from the photos. But I will say that I'm not sold on the harsh cleaning. I have over 100 1878 Morgans and have seen some that I believed were harshly cleaned from photos, only to discover the lines were in the die and a result of polishing, not cleaning. Only you will be able to tell the difference. Using at least a 10x loupe, examine the lines with proper lighting from a 45 degree angle. If the lines are raised, not incuse, they are die polish lines and the coin is not harshly cleaned. I hope they are "raised".
