Interesting coin with the full toning on the obverse and none on the reverse. Several marks on the obverse, but the reverse looks pristine. Overall I'm going to say MS-64 FBL.

Not sure, but I think there is a bit of line missing at the dark spot at 7oclock on the reverse.
