This coin has me a bit confused, I can't tell wether it is a Class six doubled die, Post-mint wear, Or die fatigue. There are two wheat cents on Coppercoins that are similar to the "thickness" on this one, But this coin appears to be much more doubled or worn.
The "9" in the date struck me as being more thick then usual, as well as the rest of the date. "Liberty" also seems to be thick as well.
A link to the two coins on coppercoins which seem similar:
First let me say that I am no pro. But I think your coin is not a DD but is just circulation wear. With my track record I'm probably wrong though. John1
