It is likely dipped, but I'm unsure of the extent based on the pictures. Other than that, it looks 64-65ish to me.

Looks to be MS64 as stated. Minimal contact marks in the field and a relatively clean cheek. What kind of light are you using to photograph your coins?

The lighting just comes from the flourescent lights that are in the ceiling in my basement. I use them because the other regular lightbulbs in my house tend to give all pictures a orange diffused color and don't represent the color well.

What you can do is change the white balance setting if your camera has one. It adjusts all different lighting from fluorescent to incandescent so that it gives the best color.
