So how would you guys grade this one? It is always kind of hard to grade aluminum coins, so I am thinking this might but a VF. Is it possible that this guy could even be an EF due to how poorly coins of this sort were struck? Thanks!

If also find these coins difficult to grade, but from what I can see it looks to be VF-25.

With over 575 million of these minted, in VF condition it's value is about 25 cents.
