Russian coins prior to the late 19th century were really quite poor in quality. often strikes were very weak or off center. How would you grade these two 2 kopeks? The 1812 has a rather sharp obverse and a die break at the 5 o'clock position, yet a rather weak reverse (especially the crown above the "2"). By contrast, the 1813 has a rather weak obverse (in fact, the top half of the "3" in the date was not struck properly), yet the reverse is much sharper. This leads me to believe that often Russian coins of this time often had one side was much better struck that the other. So how would you guys grade these?
