Definite signs of wear on both sides. Hopefully the dark toning is natural and not an indication of environmental damage or AT.

Unless there is more luster than is revealed by these images, EF-45 seems about right.

uneven toning and several main field contact marks
prevent this coin from mint status...although there is very little signs
of wear on Liberty's hair and eagle's feathers.
