Aidan Work Banned New Zealand 306 Posts	Posted 05/16/2006 11:19 pm That medal is inscribed 'Ministry of the Interior' on the reverse.O.Roty is the usual abbreviation for Oscar Roty,who was a famous coin & medal designer.Roty's designs are still used on the French 10,20,& 50 Euro-Cents coins.
