What do you guys think, I think there called rotated die. Also what do think the value is of it. Also do you think it was cleaned.

I'd say yes it has been cleaned, and the amount of rotation shown is well within mint tolerances.

It is hard to put a reasonably accurate value on it because the scan in a 2x2 obscures some of the fine details. This coin could be anywhere from EF40 to MS60(maybe higher if not cleaned). Scanning a coin can also give it a dull washed out appearance, mimicking the effects of a cleaning. A rough guess is that it would be worth $5-15 but could be worth more if uncirculated and not cleaned.

Do you have a digital camera? Using the macro mode is usually the best way to get a clear, close picture. Use an overhead light source, not the flash.

Much better I would grade that one F-15 and it would only be worth $2-3 because the 20th century Indian Heads tend to be the most common of the entire series(not counting the 1908-S and 1909-S with a mint mark under the reverse wreath). Here is a link to an IHC grading guide that you might find helpful.

I would go F-15, and it does look like it has been cleaned. IMHO
