This link will explain it. Has to do with the A & M in America. 1998,1999 & 2000 Philadelphia Wams ( Wide AM) and 1992 & 1992D close Ams are the varieties people search for. (I believe to date only 2 1992 Close Ams have been found), then the 1999 WAM is the second hardest to find.
