I got back home late last night from Washington DC. It was cool, windy and rainy. The weather must have kept most individuals indoors. I don't think that there were over two hundred people in line in front of the capitol. I ended up getting just over two boxes on the new cents. I was only there a couple of hours. Cents were also be distributed at a couple of other locations, but the lines were longer.

So far this is the only report I've seen from the new release.

I'm going to order the P&D two Roll Sets......prolly two of them.
I'm glad the final one is out now.......
I expect these "Sets" will be overproduced as LP2 and LP3 were. Regardless, I'm happy to have (final one soon) these complete and in double or triplicate. I dunno why......but having them all just makes me "feel good" ! .....

I still save any circulating "nice examples" that I run across of the three designs, but it's good to know that this same coin is preserved in a climate controlled vault in the center of a bank where I have LP1, LP2, and LP3.

And that I have "both" mints.
And that they're contained/protected in official U.S. Mint wrapping paper.
And that, although these babies might be the same exact coin that will circulate as a biz. strike.......mine will "not" circulate even for a day.......so......they may "tone" a bit over time......may even be some spotting.......but they're S.A.F.E. from any harm !

Thanks for the report. It's been real quiet around here lately with the releases. Lots of people went to the middle two, but not many to the the first and last. Give me a PM if you want to sell or trade any of those rolls, I could use a couple.
