I've been concentrating on the Barber quarters but momma didn't raise any idiots.
I picked this up today (my second actually).

L, I, part of the T and Y are visible. Looks VG to me. Got it under bid and it's an R3 with 138,450 minted.

Don't see them that often. Had to do it.

I think your VG grade is accurate. Nice even wear and original surfaces.

NICE example of one of the Key coins for the Barber Half!

I agree VG8 seems most likely.

I recently picked up a VG 1913 that could be a twin of that coin but of course, the 1915 is an even better date

i have a 1915 barber half. it's one of my favorites. I also have a 1897o and a 1897s I love Barber halves.
