Found this in the bottom of my shoe box of coins not sure where I got it or when,It's not a key date but it sure is a nice red color.Thoughts on a grade appreciated.

Some bag rub on the forehead, cheek and jaw...but it could be the scanner. Also, a little corrosion near the lapel and some hits/spots in the fields.

MS63RD because of the corrosion and some of the hits.
