What Is A Good Price For One Oz. Gold?

GR58 Bedrock of the Community United States 11951 Posts	Posted 11/18/2009 8:26 pm I am looking at buying 4 eagles and 2 Maple leafs tomorrow. The dealer said would be around $6800. (selling at spot) Well .. this might be hard to explain. I have one friend that wants to sell them. I talked to my local dealer, who said he would tell me what he would buy them for .. so that I could buy them from my friend. So I am really wondering if buying at spot .. is good, or do some dealer buy at less then spot? Report this Post to the Staff

Currently their buy price on 1oz GAE is $1164.30 and 1oz Maples are at $1160.10. They would pay $6,977.40 for the 6 pcs. Shipping registered USPS would run you about $30 so I'd look into it. The price the dealer quoted is $8 back of spot which is not bad at all if you don't want to mess with shipping. ANA #R3154474 Report this Post to the Staff
