Marginal, I think. This is a key date, and as such one might expect less-scrupulous sellers to doctor the coin to improve its' perceived grade. The photographs are inconclusive, but I'm a bit worried about what appears to be cruddier areas amongst the letters by comparison to the relatively-clean fields. The grade is about EF40; a coin with original surfaces would be worth the $US210-ish price but I would want it in the slab of a reputable TPG for that money. That would clean up (heh) any questions about the coin's surfaces.
I think there is just a little too much wear on the hair, breast, neck and leg feathers on the eagle for this coin to make EF. I think it would grade VF-30/35. Still a nice coin and one that I need to complete my Morgan collection.
