Hey guys!

I will shortly be listing a huge lot of enameled coins (example - http://cgi.ebay.com/Enameled-Britis...wn_W0QQitemZ a href= https://www.coincommunity.com/go/link.asp?target=https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/380167388704 target= _blank rel= nofollow 380167388704 /a QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item5883bdfe20)

Now I think that example is a bit overpriced, but where would you recommend starting a lot of 39 different coins at once. I'm talking crowns, double florins, sixpence, shillings, odd ones, and even an 1881 Morgan!

Probably about 2/3 of these are not damaged, the rest have some small part of the enamel missing or chipped away.

I was thinking of starting it at .99 to save on fees, but something like this could go for upwards of several hundred if not more. I would rather not sell it for $50 just because no one saw it. My other thought was to just start it at some ripe amount, say $300, but that might scare people away. Of course, having a reserve will always scare people away no matter what.

So, ebay gurus, how should I handle this?

Start it at .99. Put a reserve on it that represents the least you will take for it without losing sleep over it. If anyone asks you what that reserve is, tell them that you prefer to let the bidding reveal it.
