Here's one the few overdates I found at the last show. This one is pretty subtle--the overdate amounts to one remaining curve where the 6 intersects the 7 top stroke.
Without knowing the markers on this one, I wouldn't know where to look.

Compare to this coin, which one dealer attributed as an 1927/6.
I'm pretty sure this is a 1927/7. (This is from my collection)
