Sorry, but those pics are too fuzzy to read. The location of the date on the top pic is in the same place as the bonds in thread #1, but I can;t even tell where the dates are on the others. Sorry.

The middle picture looks like 17th year and 12th month or December 1942.

Find a highly lighted room to take the pictures. The camera aperture time is too long and will cause the bluriness without the use of a tripod. With the bad quality of the colors, I think you are using a camera phone? You can always use a scanner.

I will take better pics in about 1 and a half hours. It is with a video camera, I just can't keep my hand steady.
