I was doing my research on coins (as always) and I saw where it said that all coinage above ten cents needed an eagle on it, they said that was the law.... Well I have been looking at my State Quarters and none have a eagle on them. Is this supposed to be only for regular currency or is it just that these are commeratvies. (spelling?)

Yes, I believe you are correct on both counts.

The State Quarters get a pass because they are circulating commems. Take a look at the bicentennial reverses too.

Peace
