The standing ljbert quarter: We know there are two types, with and without mail, but are there 3 types when you consider the recessed date?

Yes, I would consider the 1925-1930 recessed date a minor type similar to the No Drapery Seated Liberty dimes of 1838-1840. There is currently another thread about what types are missing from a Dansco 7070, I think the recessed date SLQs should have consideration.
