This is the nicest 1859 large cent I have and I'm leaning towards MS60 plus, there are a few light scratches on the obverse but nothing major or in the main focal area. Opinions please... Thanks

I don't see any wear, so I'll say 60-62 brown.

Well bosox, MS stands for Mint State...can be stretched like a rubber band... BUT I would love to see it as a MS coin... it is verrrrrrrry nice.

I'd go 60-62 as well. A nice early strike (look at the vine at leaf 7.

This is a great coin. It has a great obv die clash on the reverse. Look between the 9 and the T for Vickies chin, between the T and the E for her nose, and through the E to the bead line for her forehead

The first spot to wear on the 1858-59 is the eyebrow close to the corner of the eye. I see faint wear but otherwise veru nice. AU55
