I am sitting here today going through the last few rolls of wheat pennies in our coin collection to make sure there are no good ones in them. I have tried to take a pic of this penny but I cannot seem to take a clear enough pic so I will describe it the best I can.

I think it is a 1940 Wheat penny. The reason I say think is because the 4 is funny looking. The bottom part of the 4 is missing and there is a raised line going from the triangle in four to the bottom of the 0. Its almost as if someone took the straight line in the number for and pointed it toward the bottom of the 0. Anybody seen one of these. Thanks,
