Why would NGC put Wide AM on 1992 and 1992 D slabbed coin labels?
Aren't they all WAMs unless they're the rare CAM variety ? There's also a 1998 Proof with Wide AM on the label. Confusing.

What confuses me is why they put 92 WAM, when that is the common. I could see them putting cam, but not WAM, when only 2 cam's are known.

They put Wade and Close on them. So they attributed correctly. I'm sure some fool on ebay will still try selling a labeled Wide AM as a Close AM. AAAND,,,Some other not so clever one will buy it as such

I really hate how they do that. IMO, it just creates confusion.
