The Buyer makes an offer to the Seller.

The Seller makes a "Counter Offer" (I'm the potential buyer)

It says - Offer expires: Dec-19-09 19:37:24 PST

_______

I know that when the Buyer makes an offer the Seller can call you on it within 3 days, and then the Buyer is obligated. Does it work in reverse?

I have an offer to buy a coin at a price I *think* is OK. But I would like to consult the board for a day and get different opinions. But at the same time I don't want it to be sold from under me.

So, do I have the same grace period to consider the deal as does the seller? I hope my post isn't too confusing.

Sean

All due respect but couldn't you have already posted the inquiry? hahaha...

I believe the counter offer has the same time span for review by you.(the buyer)

What is the item?

The seller can sell the item at any time without regard to your response or lack thereof.

You have XX amount of time to except the offer but that does not mean the item won't be sold to someone else in the meantime.

Hope this helps.
