Now that I'm a whole 8% done with my collection, I decided to let you guys see what I have as of now.

I have only been collecting for this series for about 3weeks now, its been slow but very rewarding as of now. The Type set collection will allow me to learn a little about most coins post1800 that I would never otherwise learn.

Please criticize, praise, bash, anything.

The coins are beautiful you have a great start to a very nice collection.

please keep us updated on the collections progress, and if I can help don't hesitate to email me.

as for the time you have taken, its best to go slow, I have been collecting for a little more than 40 years and have not reached all of my expectations yet.

Rest in Peace

Graet start! Nice coins. As Metalman said, if I can help or advise, please ask. I am a big fan of the 7070 and have really enjoyed mine.

Good start. I'm thinking of starting a 7070 of my own and it's an encouragement to see so many people working on theirs (and posting the pics).

I think you have a fantastic start. I also wanted to let you know to keep an eye on the contest/giveaway section on this board because even though I don't upgrade very often I usually offer the coins from my 7070 album that I upgrade as a contest, and most of my coins in there already are AU or better. I would love for someone that is actually trying to put one of these albums together to win some of these contests. I just had one with a Seated dime and as I said even though I don't upgrade often if something catches my eye I will purchase it for the album and I try to help out the members here as much as possible when I can

I was thinking of starting a dansco album, I think the 7070 would be a good place to start with, don't have to worry about a key date in a series to complete it.

My decision has been made, thanks folks.
