As in Canada and the USA I wish they would make commemoratives once in a while and not make it the norm. The USA has gone overboard with commemoratives: The State Park quarters, the Presidential dollars, and last year all the Lincoln Cent varieties. The Olympic quarters are a nice set and there was also the regular Calibou quarter so if you just wanted a 2009 Caribou and not bother with all the Olympic quarters you still could continue on with collecting. Not so with the USA quarters.... no regular issue quarters and only the Territory quarters were available with the 2009 date. Report this Post to the Staff
