The following is what was written yesterday and the result is the "Doc" had the 15 negs reinstated (plus some Ho...Ho...Ha...Ha...Haaaa), and then he made his feedback "private." This should discourage SOME unsuspecting buyers! Don't worry, this will only be temporary, if you know what I mean? Wink... Wink!! Imagine that!! All while he was in the jungle feeding hungrey children! LOL
PLEASE DO NOT JUMP ON THE BANDWAGON AND WRITE YOUR OWN LETTERS!! I have been studying the "Doc" for a loooooong time and have a plan!!!! This is for the coin forums amusement ONLY!! I don't just want the "Doc's" site to be halted, only to have him sell on one of his accomplices sites. I want him, AND his accomplices, to go to prison for the MANY felonies he, and they, have committed!! Just remember, I AM NOT DONE YET... Hee...Hee...Hee...
>
> Message to ebays Customer Support: A seller had 16 negative feedbacks one day, and the following day had only one. The negatives are NOT there. They were NOT withdrawn!! They are TOTALLY gone. Disappeared!! Like they were never there in the first place!! This seller left neg RETALITORY fb for the buyer, and those are still there. How can this be? Who do I write a letter to, to expose this con?

Dear Customer Support and ebay's Investigation
Team,

First of all let me THANK YOU for being the first that
actually responded to my question as if you had
actually read my question!! I have sent a few concerns
to the customer support line and usually get an auto
response that does NOT even apply to the question I
sent. Thank You... BIG TIME!! It's nice to know that
someone is FINALLY listening!!
Now, I would like to say that I have been watching
this ebay seller since he started under the ID as
"estatedoctor", and have collected ALL of his dirty
practices!! I know EVERYTHING he has done AND
EVERYTHING he is going to do in his dealings on this
site (pretty much)!!
He has been conning MANY eBayers and is not done yet!!
For a history, check "estatedoctor" in google!!
This instance has REALLY bothered me!! I don't see how
he can be above ALL the rest of the ebay community and
have his negative feedback TOTALLY removed, while all
the rest of us are able to only have ours withdrawn!!
It's also pretty sad how ebay has spent a fortune on
TV commercials, mailers... on the "You can find IT on
ebay" campaign, only to have the estatedoctor
slaughter the "Newbies", as he puts it, profiles with
vicious libelous negative feedback, usually because
they may be nice and leave neutral or, always, when
they leave negative feedback for him!
Now to the concern. on May 12th ebay user Petefizz
left 15 negative feedbacks for the estatedoctor. On
May 13th they were gone. TOTALLY GONE!! DISAPPEARED!!!
I have collected evidence to this and PLEASE check
this out yourself. On May 11th user ID tlmooredavid
left some negative and some neutral feedback. The
"doc" left ALL NEGATIVE for him in retaliation!!On May
14th, tlmooredavid responded to the estatedoctor and
stated "E-bay- what happened to the 9 negatives the
seller got the next day?". (Actually it was 15!) PLEASE check his AND
petefizz's profiles. You will see that Petefizz has 15
negatives and on the 14th one the estatedoctor wrote
"LEAVES NEG FEEDBACK WITH NO EMAIL FIRST". THIS should
prove that there was 15 negs left for the
estatedoctor!! Where did they go? Still don't
believe estatedoctor leaves neg feedback in
retaliation? Look at what the buyers have received
on their profiles that have left negative or even
neutral feedback since the 12th, when petefizz left
his. PLEASE check buyers; sudiejane on the 13th,
lisarogari on the 14th, bobmo6872 on the 14th,
dreckman on the 17th, ritag517 on the 19th!! PLEASE
check ALL of these so you can see that there is a
pattern here. The estatedoctor does NOT leave negative
feedback first, so he will not receive it in return.
To NOT get negative feedback is VERY important to him.
He will even hold your money, for your item you
returned to him, RANSOM unless you agree to withdraw
the negative feedback!! He will ONLY leave negative
feedback in retaliation!! I want to know how he was
able to get his 15 NEGATIVES TOTALLY WIPED OFF his
profile? He claims to be on vacation at this
time. I noticed that a seller, ID hockeytrevor1996,
left him a neutral rating. Sometimes the estatedoctor
will miss one while on "vacation". If he does not miss
it, he will leave this buyer a negative. Is this how
ebay wants new buyers to be greeted into the world of
buying at ebay?
He claims he is on vacation, when he is actually
restocking his fake items to sell on his site. He has
also claimed to be in a "jungle feeding hungry
children", but watch what happens when he gets a
negative while in the jungle... within seconds he will
call the buyer and threaten them over the phone, then
he will retaliate with negative vicious, libelous
feedback on their site and then he will file an unpaid
item claim with ebay, and then a claim with Square
Trade and force the withdraw. Look at how many mutual
withdraws he has had... 99!!! 99 in one year of
selling!! How are new buyers going to know this and
get a clear picture of who they are dealing
with? The mutual withdraw number should be more
easily seen, so as to alert others truthfully!!!!!
Please answer my question!!! WHERE DID THE 15 NEGATIVE
FEEDBACKS GO THAT WERE GIVEN TO THE ESTATEDOCTOR ON
MAY 12TH FROM PETEFIZZ? THAN YOU KKINDLY for
taking the time to read this and take it to the proper
department for investigation. PLEASE respond to me!!
Thank You!!!!!!

Hello All, Sorry, I have never posted something like this before. I'm not sure if I would know how to post it in the right place, if I were to do it again either. Are others allowed to respond to this? If not, how can I open this up for others to be able to reply? Thank You

The topic is open for replies ,, But the post is made more as a statement rather than a question.

the post has had a number of reads.

I do have a question though .

By the context of your post you seem quite focused on the pursuit of estatedoctor, Is there a personal reason or are your intentions more broad based ?

As a mod I'm trying to get a feel for where your going with the topic.

Thanks
Rick

What has the Doc done? I see he has 20 negative alone this month and he has many many bids on his items. Why is he getting the negatives?
He is obviously doing something wrong because he did make his feedback "private". I think that is such B.S.....Only Pervs and Scammers make their feedback private!
Rest in Peace

estatedoctor is the husband of the infamous *deleted* now known as pamiam003 AKA "The Savannah Scammer" although from the tone of their negative/neutral feedback responses, they sound like one and the same person. Both are as slippery and wiggly as the proverbial eels, so don't count on them being down and out yet. They have been NARU'd, suspended, and reinstated so many times by ebay I have lost count. They are centered in the ANA's ebay advisory committee's sights but are still there despite all the complaints. They have switched to Yahoo and Overstock.com coin auctions, but have been kicked off there. They have changed and "borrowed" ebay user identities many times and even though this has been pointed out to ebay, they are still selling their junk. This "private" feedback is nothing new for them. At this point, anyone still buying from estatedoctor or pamiam003 is a fool proving Barnum's Theorum. There reaches a point when there is a difference between innocents being defrauded by buying fake coins and idiots and fools rushing in with their eyes deliverately shut and where angels fear to tread.

Hi Rick, My intentions in posting this on the Coin Forum's site is to alert other member to avoid this seller, and to not throw their money away by buying coins from him. After all, you do have new members who are also new to the hobby of coin collecting. I just don't want to see others get burned!!
When I go to goolgle search, the Coin Forum came up second in a long list for the estatedoctor. Of course, I had to read your awesome site, and again found someone else who depises him. I would like to be able to write a letter and cc it to a few places where tthey can investigate and then press charges, and hopefully ultimately convict him. This should keep him from going to other ID's and from continuing his practices there.
Also I knew if I posted something about him that someone would reply and give me more info that would be helpful in my pursuit. Thank You for giving me the opportunity to do so. If anyone has any more info, I would appreciate it. Thank You

I hope to make a case where there is no question as to his intentions of stealing from many others. I think it is so funny that he has sold not only to others out of the state, but also to others outside of the country. THAT should get him into a deeper pot of hot water!!

He is obviously doing something wrong because he did make his feedback "private". I think that is such B.S.....Only Pervs and Scammers make their feedback private!

The "Doc" has been selling fake items and passing them off as real vintage, antique, fine jewely, rare coins, black americana, tiffany, McCoy, Civil War items, Badges, slave tags... Everything he sells is FAKE!! He had lured in a following of people who would not know an antique if it bite them in the b***!! He did this by starting his auctions with a .99 cent price tag. People think they are getting a great deal by buying, for instance, a diamond tennis bracelet for 47.00, when it actually cost the doc 1.00.
He also uses "misleading titles", which is against ebay's policy, but there is NO WHERE to file a claim for that!! He also does not describe his items! The first line on each item is, "I have been charged with selling a large estate." This makes some believe that he has rare, or vintage, or antique items. Then his next lines are, "If you have any problems call me first", then he says "I prefer to be paid by MO or Cashiers check". Go now and read what he has on his listings. You'll see.
Some people have returned the items, as they do know the diff, and if he has it, he will give them their money back. If he has spent the money and doesn't have it, he won't refund the money even if they have returned the item. He will then keep promising you the money, but not pay. This is some of the reason people leave neg fb. Others are just so mad as they have spent thousands on his junk! When he gets neg fb, he will first call you and play that he didn't know it was fake and be real sweet and ask you to withdraw the fb. If someone refuses he will plaster their site with neg fb full of VICIOUS LIES!! This is in retaliation and his ploy to get you to mutually withdraw the feedback. This fb he leaves is generic and everyone gets the same neg fb. Look at the profiles of the people I listed in the original post I made here. A new practice now, is he will next file an unpaid item strike with ebay against the buyer, although they have paid. I don't understand how ebay will let the "doc" do this time and time again, when the people have clearly paid and are at the point in the transaction where each other is leaving fb! Then he will file claims through Square Trade, which is a mediator service. He files one claim per item. If the buyer bought many items, this process is VERY overwhelming as it's difficult to keep up with the huge number of emails they send per claim. Also, if the buyer doesn't answer the claim, the feedback goes to ebay for removal request. This is why the doc will file new claim on a claim that the buyer refused to remove the neg fb. If they don't answer the second or third or fourth claim, the feedback will be removed! The doc will say, "If they agree to remove the feedback, I will refund their money." Square Trade allows this, as the "Doc" gives them A LOT of business!! If they don't agree, they will not get their money back! That is extortion!! Not to mention blackmail!! I'm sure there are many other crimes this could be listed under, but unfortunately I am not a lawyer. Each one of these cases cost the person who files the claim 29.95. Then the mediator will apply to ebay for "mutual fb withdraw" and this is how the "doc" pays to get his feedback removed! If there are NO negs listed in the feedback score, people won't search for them. They won't know to read the fine print where it lists the number of "mutual withdraws". Once he goes through this process and gets these new 20 negs removed, he will once again make his fb readable. Once this happens you will be able to read where it says on his site how many "mutual withdraws" he has. Last count was 99! Once these new 20 will be w/d he will have 119 "mutual w/d's"!! He also says in his listings that he "prefers money orders or cashiers checks. Since the buyer can file an "Item significantly not as described" through Paypal, and they WILL refund your money, he doesn't want to use Paypal. If they pay with a MO or Cashiers check, they have no recourse! The "Doc" has been doing this for awhile!! He has perfected this to a tee, or so he thinks! He thinks he is getting away with it, but he is NOT. I AM NOT DONE YET!!! LOL

Sounds like you have done your homework!! I'm so glad that people don't think he is the same person. There is a team of them. One on the computer, one packaging, at least one shopping... I pray to be able to get them ALL!! This should take some PI work and hopefully the DA in Savannah will get on board. PLEASE post ANY more info you have on them. Thanks!!

WYBDOC, COINAF (Coalition Of Internet Numismatists Against Fraud) organized about 18 months ago to combat estatedoctor, "his" predecessor, and others like him. See http://coinaf.org/index.htm . Through our efforts and those of others, we managed to get his/her precedent ebay user ID banned (Feb 05), but s/he adopted aliases and continues to do business. COINAF is comprised of a number of dealers, buyers, and individuals, some involved in law enforcement; we have been in contact with a number of enforcement agencies at the Federal, State, and local levels and we have some insider information which we prefer not to post to an open forum.

My point is that one individual is not going to make much of an impression with ebay nor with agencies unless that individual has him/herself been defrauded of many thousands of dollars and is in a position to file a complaint with a local court or state attorney-general. It is not enough to witness the defrauding of others and attempt to take action at an individual level. Rather, such actions need to be taken in an organized manner together with those of many others in cooperation with those who have been defrauded. If you really want to be effective, I suggest you make contact with some who have been defrauded and assist them with filing complaints although if you have not previously made screenshots of many of estatedoctor's auctions and his feedback from these auctions through the Singapore ebay site (where private buyer identities for feedback are not permitted in the user profiles; see http://www.ebay.com.sg/fdbkProfile?UserId=xxxxxx [replace "xxxxxx" with user ID]), it will be difficult to do so at the present while his feedback is "private".

This is not to discourage you from your pursuits of estatedoctor. Indeed, your energy and enthusiasm on the matter is heartening. However, you need to go about it in an organized manner and with the coordination of others. Good luck!

Also, would you post the personalized response you received from ebay?
