How much would you guys pay for a 1999 Proof Close AM graded by anacs PF-63?

PF 63 is a very low grade for a 1999 proof cent. I wouldn't buy it. I personally have four of the sets with the Close AM in them and the coins grade at least PF 67. Even PF 65 would be a low grade for these...a 63 is a problem coin.
