this is an off center penny that I found in pocket change. what do you think guys add to my collection or toss it back?

Does the reverse appear normal? If so, then it is just a case of a misaligned die strike(MAD) and would only have a premium if some of the peripheral lettering was missing.

yes the reverse does appear normal

Then it is a misaligned die strike. It does not have detail missing so numismatically, it has no value. As an educational tool, you may keep it understanding that it has a value of One Cent:-)
