There are a lot of posts and discussion about those. The Lincoln Cent Resource Variety Price Guide shows the following:
AU MS60BN MS65RD
1998 WAM 3 5 60
1999 WAM 275 300 900
2000 WAM - - 30

Many posters, myself included, have found many more 1998s than 2000s so the relative values of these two is questionable.

Sorry for the alignment problem. I'm sure you can figure out that the 3 values given for each correspond to AU, MS60 and MS65

1992 Close AM......1998 WAM? in 1993 did the design change to the Close AM?

Yeah, it became a Close AM in 1993. Some 1992's made it through as Close AM's but were supposed to be Wide AM's, and are high on the collectible cent list.
