If we could afford to do so, my wife and I would love to own a proof set for each of our birth years...AUSSIE PROOF SETS!!!! (1976 and 1980) To all you non-Dark Siders out there...these guys ain't jokin when they say them Aussies make some AUS-some looking coins!!! (Sorry for the pun, but had to throw it in!!!)

It should not present you with any problems acquiring one of each from ebay....the 1980 for about AUD$30.00 and the 1976 for about AUD$40 - 50.00.

No, make that a 1870 S silver dollar from San Francisco, only a dozen such coins exist!!!

I would have to second the 1796 Quarter. That is what I am saving my money up for. Any coin I buy between now and then is for sale. Just so I can make a couple extra bucks to put towards this one. It will be by far the most expensive coin I will own (assuming my desire for it stands)
